My aim is to give treatments which encompass the whole person, working towards helping to provide positive health benefits, assisting the body in rebalancing naturally and producing an increased flow of energy. In addition I can, where appropriate, provide an awareness of the benefits of participating in a regular stretching and exercise programme. I have positively assisted individuals who have presented with the following:

• Regular treatments/body “MOT” for injury prevention as well as relaxation;
• Upper body/posture conditions through being in an office environment;
• Suffer from stress;
• Spend prolonged periods driving;
• Have encountered overuse injuries through yoga, kickboxing, office work, rowing, cycling, therapy and care work.

ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) is one of the largest international examining boards in complementary therapies.
